Refund and Returns Policy

At Business Hustle (businesshustle.co.za), we strive to provide high-quality digital products and consulting services to help you grow your business. Due to the nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refund policy on most purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, Templates, etc.)

  • All sales are final – Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds.
  • Exceptions: If you encounter technical issues (e.g., download failure, corrupted files), contact us at support@businesshustle.co.za within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

2. Consulting & Coaching Services

  • No refunds after service delivery – Once a consulting session has been conducted, refunds are not available.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
  • Unsatisfied? If you believe the service did not meet expectations, email us within 48 hours of your session, and we’ll review your case.

3. Subscription & Membership Plans

  • Recurring payments can be canceled anytime, but no refunds are given for previous charges.
  • Cancellation: You must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

    • Your order number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Proof of issue (if applicable)
  2. We will respond within 3 business days.
